Role Overview

The Marketing Automation Specialist will own, rebuild, and scale My Amazon Guy's marketing infrastructure, with a primary focus on HubSpot architecture, lifecycle automation, attribution clarity, and governance standards. This is a systems-first, hands-on role responsible for transforming our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem into a clean, scalable, revenue-driving engine.

This is a technical marketing systems leadership position focused on structure, integrity, and long-term scalability. You'll work across multiple platforms including HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various analytics tools to create a unified, efficient marketing technology stack.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full audit of HubSpot properties, workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, and automation logic
  • Remove deprecated workflows, deduplicate contacts, and eliminate redundant structures
  • Redesign lifecycle stages and implement clean segmentation logic for reporting integrity
  • Build structured lifecycle segments (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Customer) with dynamic frameworks
  • Design and optimize automated nurture journeys aligned with sales handoff rules
  • Align outbound outreach with automation logic and prevent contradictory messaging
  • Standardize UTM governance and improve multi-touch attribution visibility
  • Establish naming conventions, governance standards, and system documentation
  • Create segmentation request protocols and automation standards
  • Serve as long-term owner of marketing systems governance and infrastructure protection

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (required)
  • Proven experience cleaning and restructuring complex CRM environments
  • Strong understanding of paid media funnels and conversion tracking
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation frameworks
  • Experience building or restructuring automation systems
  • Comfortable enforcing governance and setting system standards
  • Dual-monitor setup with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Minimum 25 MBPS internet speed

  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Filipino team experience preferred
