Role Overview

Join HCO Behavioral Health as an Affiliate Digital Marketing Partner focused on lead generation for two growing healthcare organizations. This unique revenue-share partnership opportunity allows experienced marketers to leverage their expertise in digital channels while contributing to expanding access to mental health services nationwide.

You'll have complete autonomy to develop and execute your own marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Google Ads, social media, SEO, and conversion funnels. This performance-based role is designed for entrepreneurial marketers who want unlimited earning potential tied directly to the qualified leads and client conversions they generate.

Working with both HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Healthcare Group, you'll be supporting the mission to increase access to high-quality mental health care through innovative digital growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage independent digital marketing campaigns
Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services
Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies
Build and optimize conversion funnels and landing pages
Implement SEO strategies for organic traffic growth
Manage email marketing campaigns
Track and analyze campaign performance and conversions
Scale successful campaigns to maximize lead generation

Requirements

Proven experience in digital lead generation marketing
Expertise in Google Ads campaign management
Proficiency with Facebook and Instagram advertising
Understanding of conversion funnels and optimization
Experience with marketing analytics and performance tracking
Ability to independently manage and fund marketing campaigns
Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with performance-based compensation structure

Nice to Have

Experience with funnel building platforms (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels)
SEO and organic traffic growth expertise
