Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our recruitment company in a part-time, remote contractor role. This position focuses exclusively on research and data management to support our business growth by systematically identifying potential new clients.

This role is ideal for current university students seeking flexible work that provides valuable business experience. You'll work independently to research and identify key decision-makers at target companies, with no sales or client outreach responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct targeted LinkedIn searches for key decision makers at companies fitting our ideal client profile
Research and identify appropriate contacts within target companies (HR Managers, Hiring Directors, Founders, Heads)
Accurately gather and record company information, contact details, and job titles into our database
Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date lead lists
Interpret corporate websites, business articles, and LinkedIn profiles to assess company fit
Communicate research findings clearly in writing to internal team members

Requirements

Strong command of English language, particularly written communication
Excellent organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Capability to meet deadlines consistently
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
Ability to accurately interpret complex job titles and professional profiles

Nice to Have

Previous experience in lead generation, research, or data entry roles
Direct experience or familiarity with the LinkedIn ecosystem
