Role Overview

Join Bright Horizons as a Customer Lifecycle & Marketing Automation Manager, where you'll drive innovative email marketing programs across our diverse portfolio of education and care services. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing everything from demand generation campaigns to customer retention programs across multiple brands and touchpoints.

You'll be the driving force behind omni-channel campaigns for our camp brands, owning the complete lifecycle marketing strategy from initial brand awareness through re-engagement. Working with cutting-edge marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you'll design personalized, data-driven customer journeys that maximize engagement, conversion, and lifetime value across summer programs, holiday camps, field trips, and virtual offerings.

This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams including CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences. You'll serve as the internal email marketing consultant, providing strategic guidance while maintaining hands-on involvement in campaign execution and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative email marketing programs across diverse education and care services portfolio
  • Manage demand generation campaigns and customer retention programs across multiple brands
  • Own complete lifecycle marketing strategy from brand awareness through re-engagement
  • Design personalized, data-driven customer journeys using marketing automation platforms
  • Execute omni-channel campaigns for camp brands including summer programs, holiday camps, and field trips
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Social Media

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven track record in email marketing and lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Experience with omni-channel campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven customer journey design
  • Experience in demand generation and customer retention programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversion metrics
