You'll be the driving force behind omni-channel campaigns for our camp brands, owning the complete lifecycle marketing strategy from initial brand awareness through re-engagement. Working with cutting-edge marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you'll design personalized, data-driven customer journeys that maximize engagement, conversion, and lifetime value across summer programs, holiday camps, field trips, and virtual offerings.
This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams including CRM, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences. You'll serve as the internal email marketing consultant, providing strategic guidance while maintaining hands-on involvement in campaign execution and optimization.
