Role Overview

Join a premium client team as a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant in this fully remote role. You'll be responsible for building comprehensive marketing programs and managing systems that generate consistent inbound lead traffic, utilizing Marketo or other Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) to their fullest potential.

This position offers the opportunity to work with brilliant and innovative teams while leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, lead management, and Salesforce integration. You'll play a critical role in optimizing marketing operations and driving data-driven solutions that support key business objectives.

Responsibilities

Build and manage marketing automation programs to generate consistent inbound lead traffic
Utilize Marketo/MAP features to optimize top-of-funnel activities
Manage lead quality, lead scoring, and lead routing in Marketo
Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations
Review program requirements and identify optimization opportunities
Maintain large datasets while ensuring data health and quality
Monitor key performance metrics and dashboards, flagging leadership when action is required
Assess ad hoc analytic project requests and determine best approach
Create executive-level presentations and reporting dashboards
Advise marketing operations on data requirements for analysis

Requirements

3-5 years of Marketo/MAP experience
2-3 years of Salesforce (SFDC) experience
Strong understanding of lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle management
Program and project management skills
Experience managing large datasets
Hands-on experience with dashboard creation and reporting
Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed organization
Self-motivated with passion for marketing automation
U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
