Role Overview

Join Inspekt AI as a Lead Generation Specialist and play a pivotal role in building our global drone pilot network. You'll be at the forefront of expanding our AI-powered property inspection platform by identifying, engaging, and recruiting skilled drone operators worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine business development skills with cutting-edge drone and AI technology. You'll conduct outreach campaigns, build relationships with drone professionals, and help scale our operations as we transform the property inspection industry through advanced computer vision and automation.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential drone partners through LinkedIn, industry databases, and referrals
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the drone partner program
Qualify leads by assessing their experience, equipment, and availability
Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead tracking and follow-ups
Schedule and conduct discovery calls to explain business model and partnership opportunities
Gather insights into potential partners' inspection experience and drone capabilities
Identify high-potential candidates and pass them to the Drone Partner Recruitment Manager
Build long-term relationships with drone operators to foster engagement and retention
Track lead conversion rates, outreach success, and engagement metrics
Provide feedback on industry trends and outreach effectiveness

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or recruitment
Strong ability to research, identify, and connect with potential partners
Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting discovery calls
Technical interest and willingness to learn about inspection processes and drone technology
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to meet lead generation targets
Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

Knowledge or experience in the drone industry, inspections, or aerial imaging
Additional language fluency beyond English
Experience with AI-powered solutions
