Role Overview

Join Petra Brands as an AI Automation Specialist and help transform how we operate across our diverse portfolio of consumer brands. You'll be the driving force behind implementing AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate operations, and enhance business performance across our party, craft, beauty, and lifestyle product lines.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes AI technology. You'll work directly with teams across our agency and retail businesses to identify automation opportunities, build AI-powered workflows, and integrate cutting-edge tools into our existing systems. If you're already using Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms daily and want to apply that expertise to help a dynamic consumer products company scale smarter, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
Build and implement AI-powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing, and content creation
Integrate AI tools with existing systems including CRMs, spreadsheets, and databases
Write and refine prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality results from AI models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and develop tailored solutions
Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the organization
Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of automation implementations

Requirements

Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Manus AI, or ChatGPT
Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience breaking down complex processes
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of implementing automation solutions in business environments

Nice to Have

Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Familiarity with APIs and database management
Background working in agency or retail environments
Experience measuring ROI on automation projects
