Role Overview

Ascertain is building AI agents to automate the administrative work that burdens care teams, operating within major health systems and large specialty groups to save hundreds of staff hours every week. As a Founding Product Manager, you'll work at the intersection of complex healthcare workflows, AI automation, and rapid customer delivery in a highly customer-embedded role.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare automation while working directly with customers to drive meaningful impact. You'll own customer implementations, drive expansion revenue opportunities, and become critical to our scaling efforts as we transform how healthcare organizations operate.

Responsibilities

Own customer implementations from requirements gathering to delivery
Shadow customers to understand complex healthcare workflows
Define automation requirements based on customer needs
Drive expansion revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Ensure engineering builds solutions that deliver measurable ROI
Work closely with Commercial and Customer Success teams
Support company scaling efforts through product strategy
Translate customer feedback into product roadmap priorities

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Direct experience building customer-informed products, including workflow shadowing
Strong background in technical products with API and integration requirements
Ability to translate complex processes into structured product specifications
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and go-to-market teams
Strong executive communication skills
Systems thinking capabilities
