Role Overview

Join CNX's Marketing Development Team as a Senior Analyst for Lead Generation, where you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by creating pipeline opportunities for our Sales organization. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of customer experience innovation, helping to introduce new product offerings and services to potential clients.

As part of a dynamic team of Business Development Representatives, you'll be responsible for making great first impressions with potential customers who are committed to enhancing their own brand's customer experience. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across various channels and C-level positions.

This remote position based in India offers the chance to work with a global technology and services leader that powers some of the world's most recognizable brands across over 70 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using cold calling, emailing, and social channels
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Execute prospecting strategies for initial outreach to prospects in various C-level positions
  • Build rapport with prospects while identifying their needs, challenges, and creating interest in services
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry and funding signals to incorporate business trends in outreach
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Management to develop effective sales plays
  • Maintain accountability to goals for qualified meetings, opportunities and revenue generation
  • Leverage meetings to uncover customer experience opportunities for potential clients

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B/pre-sales/frontline sales environment, preferably in IT & ITES industry
  • Strong marketing, demand generation or sales experience in Australia (AUS) and New Zealand (NZ) markets
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
  • Native language proficiency required
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity and change
  • Self-motivated with determination and positive mindset
  • Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of sales tools including Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of business trends and market analysis
