Role Overview

At Serve Robotics, we're reimagining how things move in cities with our personable sidewalk robots designed to take deliveries away from congested streets and make them more accessible. Our fleet has been successfully operating commercial deliveries across Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, and Chicago, delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians alike.

As a Supply Chain Data & Automation Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in making our supply chain run smoother, faster, and more efficiently. This position focuses on driving data management workflows, performing critical analysis, and building the automated systems that keep our robotic delivery operations running seamlessly. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics technology and supply chain optimization, helping scale robotic deliveries from novelty to ubiquity.

Responsibilities

Leverage AI tools and frameworks to build scalable API connections and manage data architecture for supply chain operations
Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines to retrieve and route data across internal and external databases
Perform hands-on data analysis including tracking shipping times, inventory flows, and operational metrics
Build automated spreadsheets and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor supply chain performance
Develop and manage API-based workflows for seamless communication between business platforms and logistics partners
Implement error handling and alerting systems to ensure data workflows run consistently and accurately
Calculate and monitor key metrics like average shipping times and identify operational bottlenecks
Connect internal systems with various logistics partners through automated data flows

Requirements

3-10 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, workflow automation, or similar technical roles
Strong knowledge of data structuring, data management, and automating spreadsheet workflows
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
Experience with modern AI-driven development including AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex)
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and configuration of Skills and sub-agents
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as Langgraph, OpenAI API/SDK, Gemini API/SDK

Nice to Have

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience, specifically Cloud Run and BigQuery
Google Workspace/G Suite proficiency, particularly Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
NetSuite experience, specifically working with the NetSuite API
Supply chain technology experience in logistics or e-commerce operations
