Role Overview

The GTM Operations Specialist, AI Automation is an execution-focused role dedicated to the rapid, efficient, and AI-first deployment of Go-To-Market content and readiness activities for dedicated audience segments. This specialist acts as the tactical execution partner to Audience Leaders, translating audience and product source materials into market-ready assets by leveraging AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and scale.

This role combines cutting-edge AI automation with strategic GTM execution, offering the opportunity to build and optimize AI workflows while creating compelling customer-facing content. You'll be at the forefront of transforming how ServiceTitan brings products to market, using innovative technology to streamline processes and maximize team efficiency across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales teams.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize AI automations for creation, management, and distribution of GTM artifacts
Identify critical decision points in GTM processes and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows
Transform product narratives into market-facing secondary assets including one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, and webinar slides
Own distribution of assets and maintain clear repository of GTM materials and messaging resources
Project manage GTM readiness for all major product and feature launches, defining timelines and deliverables
Ensure cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Post-Sales teams
Support data collection for GTM performance metrics and post-launch effectiveness reviews
Create content for customer town halls, trade shows, and internal product showcases
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Events teams to ensure consistent storytelling across campaigns
Manage prep, coordination, and execution of major GTM events like Pantheon

Requirements

Demonstrated experience or deep familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
Commitment to utilizing an AI-first approach to operations
Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
Ability to transform strategic messaging into polished, executable marketing and sales assets
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with marketing concepts, especially storytelling and content excellence

Nice to Have

Experience with generative AI and workflow automation platforms
Background in B2B marketing or product marketing
Experience managing GTM launches in technology companies
