Role Overview

Join Connor Group as a Senior Manager in Digital Solutions, focusing on AI & Automation and advanced data science. This role offers the opportunity to lead cutting-edge analytics and AI initiatives for enterprise clients, working directly with C-suite executives to solve complex business challenges through innovative data-driven solutions.

You'll design and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions, from predictive models and optimization algorithms to AI-enabled analytics platforms. This position combines hands-on technical work with strategic consulting, allowing you to build reusable analytics frameworks while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on their data transformation journeys.

As part of a specialized professional services firm comprised of Big 4 alumni and industry executives, you'll work on high-impact projects spanning financial analytics, operational optimization, and AI adoption programs. The role offers significant growth opportunities in a collaborative environment that values innovation and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain data analytics, advanced analytics, data science and AI solutions
Lead end-to-end delivery of data science and advanced analytics engagements for enterprise clients
Translate complex business problems into analytics and machine learning solutions
Develop predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models for enterprise use cases
Create machine learning models for customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and churn prediction
Design and implement AI-enabled analytics solutions including forecasting, risk detection, and optimization
Build and deploy production-grade ML pipelines and MLOps workflows
Develop solutions around AI-driven BI, Agentic AI applications, and GenAI/LLM based innovations
Mentor and lead teams of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists
Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and business leaders
Support sales and business development activities including proposals and solution architecture
Facilitate workshops on data strategy, analytics roadmap, and AI adoption

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning
8+ years of experience delivering analytics solutions in a consulting or advisory environment
Strong expertise in diagnostic analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques
Highly proficient in Python or R and comfortable with SQL
Hands-on experience with Python libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience building production-grade ML pipelines and MLOps workflows
Proven ability to present complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
Experience applying statistics, experimental design, and causal inference in professional settings
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or other quantitative fields

Nice to Have

Experience in Generative AI and LLM-based applications
Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI copilots for analytics, and Agentic AI workflows
Familiarity with modern data architectures (data lakehouse, data mesh, medallion architecture)
Experience in financial analytics, FP&A, or operational analytics
Experience with CRM, ERP, FP&A related technologies, systems and platforms
Proven experience in enterprise analytics transformation or AI adoption programs
