The Marketing Automation Consultant is a client-facing specialist who partners with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) to maximize their marketing technology investments. This role combines technical expertise with strategic guidance to help clients achieve measurable marketing impact through our preferred marketing automation platforms.
Working directly with DMOs across meetings, sports, visitors, group tours, and member/partner audiences, you'll serve as the bridge between complex marketing technology and practical business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful results for organizations that promote destinations and communities worldwide.
The role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic consulting, requiring expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, data management, and CRM integrations. You'll guide clients from initial onboarding through ongoing optimization, ensuring they can operationalize platforms effectively and achieve consistent, data-driven results.
