Role Overview

West Shore Home is seeking a Performance Partner Account Manager for Lead Generation to oversee relationships with third-party vendors who generate traffic and sales for our home improvement services. This role combines strategic partnership management with data-driven performance optimization to drive cost-effective revenue growth across our nationwide operations.

In this position, you'll independently source and negotiate new lead partners while managing existing relationships from end to end. You'll be responsible for campaign strategy development, quality control, performance management, and making strategic adjustments to meet ambitious performance targets across all branches and product categories.

Responsibilities

  • Independently source and negotiate new lead partners for pilot campaigns of up to $100,000 monthly advertising spend
  • Manage existing lead partner relationships from end to end, including strategy development and quality control
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across all branches and product categories
  • Review performance KPIs and develop forecast estimates
  • Identify new potential revenue opportunities
  • Make campaign adjustments to meet performance targets
  • Continuously refine and manage lead generation models for forecasting and performance management
  • Manage and optimize lead flows within ActiveProspect (TrustedForm & LeadConduit)
  • Handle setup, troubleshooting, validation, and partner integrations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with third-party lead generation agencies
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven ability taking ownership of critical team objectives related to lead generation and pipeline creation
  • Experience with funnel efficiency and ROI metrics to drive scalability and expansion
  • Experience managing and optimizing lead flows within ActiveProspect (TrustedForm & LeadConduit)
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lead generation in the home services space
  • Experience working with online marketplaces for local services such as Angi
