West Shore Home is seeking a Performance Partner Account Manager for Lead Generation to oversee relationships with third-party vendors who generate traffic and sales for our home improvement services. This role combines strategic partnership management with data-driven performance optimization to drive cost-effective revenue growth across our nationwide operations.
In this position, you'll independently source and negotiate new lead partners while managing existing relationships from end to end. You'll be responsible for campaign strategy development, quality control, performance management, and making strategic adjustments to meet ambitious performance targets across all branches and product categories.
