Role Overview

Join the Central IT & Information Security Team at saas.group, where you'll help build the world's leanest IT department. This role combines hands-on IT support with cutting-edge automation, empowering a fully remote team of 350+ colleagues across 50+ countries to work efficiently and securely.

You'll be responsible for creating innovative solutions that streamline daily operations while maintaining security through the Honest Security framework. Using advanced tools like Trelica and AI-powered automation, you'll transform manual processes and become the go-to expert for IT support across our global SaaS portfolio of 23 brands.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact by taking ownership of IT support, building trust across the organization, and implementing automations that significantly reduce manual work while improving user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT support requests from distributed team members in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Build, enhance, and maintain automations for IT processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
  • Administer and configure key collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion, and Trelica
  • Partner with different teams to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management
  • Take ownership of IT support tickets, ensuring fast, clear, and effective responses
  • Improve and extend existing IT automations such as onboarding/offboarding workflows
  • Identify and automate high-impact manual processes using AI or scripting
  • Maintain clear documentation to support knowledge transfer and empower self-service
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations through innovative solutions

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in IT support, automation, or development roles
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and resolving IT support queries
  • Strong technical background with exposure to coding/scripting
  • Experience managing user identities, permissions, and app configurations across SaaS tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong service orientation
  • Self-starter mindset with strong prioritization skills
  • Experience in startup-like or remote-first environments preferred
  • Empathy and ability to set/manage expectations effectively

Nice to Have

  • Python programming experience
  • Familiarity with cloud environments
  • Experience with AI-powered automation tools
  • Knowledge of the Honest Security framework
