Role Overview

Creative Fabrica is seeking an AI Marketing Specialist to revolutionize our marketing operations through autonomous agentic workflows. This role goes beyond traditional AI tool usage - you'll architect intelligent systems that transform manual marketing processes into self-optimizing, multi-agent frameworks that bridge the gap between AI potential and operational reality.

You'll work at the intersection of marketing strategy and AI automation, building sophisticated workflows that autonomously handle everything from dynamic content creation and personalized email sequencing to social media strategy and partnership ecosystems. This is an opportunity to shape the future of marketing operations by creating intelligent systems that continuously learn, adapt, and optimize performance across all marketing channels.

Working closely with Marketing and Product teams, you'll develop the technical infrastructure that powers our multi-channel marketing efforts, ensuring our campaigns are not just automated, but truly intelligent and responsive to real-time data and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy multi-agent systems to automate end-to-end marketing processes including content creation, social strategy, and email sequencing
  • Build agent-driven email frameworks that autonomously segment, personalize, A/B test, and optimize send times based on real-time engagement data
  • Develop AI-powered content pipelines that adapt strategic assets into multiple formats while maintaining brand guardrails
  • Define human-in-the-loop protocols and build monitoring systems to ensure agentic workflows remain accurate and brand-compliant
  • Create deep integrations between AI agents and core marketing tools to build a unified, agent-driven marketing system
  • Establish KPIs for AI agents and continuously optimize prompts and model logic for improved performance
  • Monitor workflow latency, cost, and output quality to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support AI-powered multi-channel strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems
  • Practical experience with AI orchestration tools (n8n, LangChain, Make.com, or platform-native AI agents)
  • Proficiency with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, attribution modeling, and email deliverability
  • Experience with CRM data hygiene and platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proven track record of shipping automations that measurably improved efficiency or conversion
  • Ability to distinguish between deterministic automation and probabilistic agentic behavior
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
