Join the Bikeleasing Group as a Marketing Automation / CRM Manager and become a central part of our digital team driving sustainable mobility solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and optimize our HubSpot email marketing capabilities, both technically and conceptually. You'll be responsible for creating compelling customer journeys that guide prospects from first interaction through long-term retention, supporting our mission to deliver genuine added value in a straightforward, flexible, and future-oriented way.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automated marketing processes and strategic concepts for multi-stage marketing and sales campaigns
Design innovative lead magnets and coordinate content and visual implementation across all corporate group brands
Create seamless customer journeys through well-designed automations from first interaction to long-term retention
Segment customer data and manage automated processes across all brands to support acquisition and retention goals
Apply proven A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
Evaluate campaigns based on key KPIs and provide insights for planning and optimizing future initiatives
Focus on conversion, engagement, and retention metrics across all brands
Technically implement and continuously optimize high-performing workflows in HubSpot

Requirements

Comprehensive HubSpot expertise including customer journey design, email creation, and workflow implementation
Proven experience with successful B2B and B2C marketing initiatives
Deep understanding of marketing metrics including CPA, CAC, CLV, lead scoring, and lead nurturing
Strong technical expertise with API integrations and system connectivity
Experience with data integration and automation processes
Analytical and data-driven approach to campaign evaluation and optimization
Knowledge of effective use of whitepapers, content pieces, and videos in marketing campaigns
