Role Overview

Join CookUnity's collaborative CRM team as a CRM Marketing Analyst focused on Lead Generation. You'll play a crucial role in connecting potential customers with chef-crafted meals through strategic email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns targeting our non-purchasing lead segment.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with our Director of CRM and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven marketing campaigns using cutting-edge CRM technology. You'll be instrumental in driving business performance through timely, targeted communications that help convert leads into customers.

As part of a fast-paced, action-oriented team, you'll gain hands-on experience with campaign execution, performance analysis, and strategic planning while supporting CookUnity's mission to connect the world with exceptional chef-prepared food.

Responsibilities

  • Own implementation of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages using Braze CRM platform for lead generation efforts
  • Build and manage customer segments in CRM platform for targeted campaigns
  • Maintain CRM marketing calendar and roadmap
  • Support weekly performance reporting and campaign analysis
  • Write briefs for emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages
  • Collaborate with data/analytics team to classify campaigns for lifecycle dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate copy and design work to ensure campaign deadlines are met
  • Facilitate internal sign-off of communications from stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and maintain communication between CRM team and internal dependencies

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in D2C email marketing
  • Experience building and deploying emails from scratch
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
  • Experience operating a CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, etc.)
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Braze platform specifically
  • Experience with SMS marketing in D2C environment
  • General understanding of HTML
  • General understanding of personalization in CRM
