Role Overview

Customer Analytics Italia is seeking a Full-Stack AI Developer to join our dynamic team developing cutting-edge applications that combine traditional full-stack development with AI integration and advanced communication platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on next-generation technological solutions at the forefront of AI and automation.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end development of complex applications, integrating large language models (LLMs) and communication platforms while working on projects that are redefining market standards. This position provides exposure to innovative AI solutions including voicebots, conversational AI, and automation systems that create measurable value for global clients.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end full-stack applications combining backend and frontend technologies
Integrate large language models (LLMs) and advanced communication platforms
Build and maintain complex AI-powered applications and automation solutions
Collaborate on cutting-edge projects involving voicebots and conversational AI
Work with international clients and global technology partners
Contribute to the development of next-generation customer operations solutions
Implement containerized solutions using Docker
Participate in code reviews and maintain version control best practices

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of demonstrable full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in at least one of: Node.js or Python for backend development
Good proficiency in React and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API)
Experience with both relational databases (MySQL or similar) and NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)
Practical knowledge of LLM APIs including OpenAI (GPT), Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude
Solid understanding of Docker containerization principles and practical usage
Fluent use of Git for version control in team environments (GitFlow, pull requests)
Excellent Italian language skills and good English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to work autonomously in remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate
Familiarity with chatbot development, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and voicebots
Experience with voice AI platforms such as Vapi.ai, Ultravox.ai, Bland.ai or similar
Knowledge of CPaaS services like Telnyx, Twilio, Plivo, or Zadarma for voice and messaging integration
Proactive attitude toward exploring new technologies
