Role Overview

The Marketing Automation Campaign Delivery Manager will lead the configuration and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns for TD Bank. This role serves as the technical expert responsible for executing marketing automation strategies, building customer journeys, and ensuring flawless campaign delivery across multiple channels.

Working at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data-Driven Targeting Strategy, MarTech, and marketing planners to bring sophisticated marketing campaigns to life. This position offers the opportunity to drive marketing innovation through automation while directly impacting customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns
  • Execute marketing automation strategies across multiple channels
  • Build and optimize customer journeys

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or similar marketing automation platform experience
  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data for optimization insights
  • Proficient understanding of data structures and relational data
  • Strong project management skills with ability to meet established timelines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with large stakeholder groups
