Role Overview

Patriot Holdings is seeking a Director of AI & Marketing Automation to architect and operate the technology infrastructure that powers marketing, investor acquisition, and property demand generation across the company. This role serves as the technical backbone of the marketing organization, responsible for building the systems, automation workflows, CRM infrastructure, and AI-powered tools that enable the marketing team to operate at scale.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this position translates marketing strategy into automation, workflows, data architecture, and scalable infrastructure across the company's marketing and sales ecosystem. While the Head of Marketing owns campaign strategy and performance, this role owns the technology, automation, AI workflows, and marketing systems that make those outcomes possible.

Responsibilities

Architect and build advanced workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that automate research, outreach, marketing operations, and business intelligence
Own the architecture, performance, and health of HubSpot as the central CRM and marketing automation platform
Manage multiple CRM pipelines including investor, broker, acquisition, and tenant/resident pipelines
Architect and maintain Monday.com operational infrastructure for marketing execution and reporting
Serve as system owner for the complete marketing and growth technology ecosystem
Oversee website infrastructure and technical SEO performance across corporate and property-level sites
Own contact intelligence and enrichment infrastructure using Clay and other tools
Champion AI adoption across the organization and build internal AI workflows
Maintain data integrity, synchronization, and system health across all marketing tools

Requirements

Expert-level experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, n8n, Make.com, Zapier)
Advanced knowledge of AI systems integration and multi-agent workflow design
Proven experience with CRM architecture and pipeline management
Strong technical skills in APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clay, Apollo) and outbound tools
Knowledge of website management (WordPress, Webflow) and technical SEO
Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com) and workflow optimization
Strong understanding of marketing technology stack integration and data synchronization
Ability to translate marketing strategy into technical automation solutions
Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate or investment industry
Background with investor relations or accredited investor marketing
Knowledge of social media management platforms (Sprout Social)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools
Familiarity with schema markup and advanced technical SEO
Experience training teams on AI tools and automation workflows
