Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our CRM, marketing automation, and website development. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that lead nurturing and our website contribute significantly to our growth trajectory. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, bringing your own ideas to the table and implementing them hands-on.

This position is perfect for a marketing technologist who loves working in the backend - from tracking KPIs and managing integrations to building automation flows that systematically convert cold leads into qualified prospects. You'll have the opportunity to shape our digital marketing infrastructure while driving measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CRM operations including marketing automation using ActiveCampaign
Build lead nurturing automations that systematically convert cold leads to MQLs and SQLs
Structure CRM logic and ensure clean handoffs to sales team
Develop website and landing pages in Webflow, creating graphic assets and content
Optimize website conversions and user experience
Implement SEO and GEO measures to improve visibility and performance
Manage SEA freelancer and ensure successful search advertising campaigns
Handle backend technical work including KPI tracking, integrations, and automation flows
Ensure all technical systems integrate seamlessly together

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience
Proven experience building and optimizing marketing automations
1-2 years hands-on experience with Webflow for website and landing page development
Strong technical knowledge of website and CRM systems (tracking, form logic, integrations, data flows, APIs)
Experience or strong interest in SEO
Structured, independent working style with growth mindset
Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
Strong English language skills (C1 level)

Previous experience with ActiveCampaign
Experience with GEO/AI Search
Marketing technology enthusiast who stays current with latest tools
