Role Overview

Join CrowdStrike as a GTM Data & Automation Analyst and play a pivotal role in building, testing, deploying, and scaling high-impact data products that drive innovation across our go-to-market teams. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data science and sales technology, partnering closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and renewals teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

You'll leverage your expertise in Python, Streamlit, Snowflake, and GenAI to develop self-service solutions that enhance team efficiency and improve customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. This is a high-visibility role where you'll work with industry-leading professionals and contribute to disrupting the cybersecurity market with innovative data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute complex data & automation workflows using Snowflake, Python, and BI tools to automate manual processes
Build, test, deploy, and scale high-impact data products for GTM teams
Contribute to data & automation projects from discovery to deployment ensuring successful roadmap delivery
Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Customer Value) to identify automation opportunities
Drive adoption of new services to improve team efficiency and customer experience
Develop self-service solutions for sales teams to leverage across the customer journey
Leverage GenAI/LLM technologies to generate text and enhance automation capabilities
Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Python development in Data, Data Science or Automation role
Experience building and scaling data products
6+ months of experience leveraging GenAI/LLM to generate text (including fine-tuning)
Understanding of sales deliverables and customer journey in technology
Strong problem solving and coding skills
Self-motivation, initiative, and resourcefulness to manage multiple projects
Comfort working on high-visibility initiatives
Master's degree in computer science or engineering preferred

Nice to Have

Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Streamlit apps used by 50+ concurrent users
Snowflake and Salesforce knowledge
Cybersecurity knowledge
Strong understanding of how to write effective GenAI/LLM prompts
