Role Overview

Join Beame Medical Technology as a Full Stack Engineer working on innovative ecommerce and automation solutions for the digital healthcare space. You'll design and build optimized customer journeys that combine cutting-edge web development with AI-powered automation tools to revolutionize how cosmetic dental care reaches customers.

This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with modern AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot while building scalable ecommerce platforms and automated workflows. You'll be instrumental in creating seamless digital experiences that make orthodontic care more accessible and affordable for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for ecommerce campaigns
Collaborate with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to generate code and customer-facing assets
Optimize websites for conversions, SEO, and mobile performance
Connect websites to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Design and implement n8n workflows to automate lead capture and customer communications
Maintain data integrity and GDPR/PDPA compliance standards
Automate personalized outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn
Use AI-driven content generation tools to craft customer engagement messages
Monitor performance metrics and optimize outreach workflows
Provide technical support and training on automation tools to teams

Requirements

Strong full stack development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Proficiency with React/Next.js and Node.js or Python for backend
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys)
Proven track record in ecommerce website development and conversion optimization
Experience with SaaS platforms, subscription models, and customer onboarding workflows
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience with AI content generation tools (Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Writer)
Background in healthcare or dental industry
Experience with international compliance standards
Knowledge of advanced SEO and conversion optimization techniques
