Role Overview

Join a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company that's transforming how logistics companies sell. As a Lead Generation & Research Analyst, you'll be the foundation of our smart outbound strategy, building verified lead lists and identifying key decision-makers in the logistics and supply chain space.

This role focuses on precision research and data quality rather than outreach or sales. You'll work with cutting-edge tools to profile companies, map decision-makers, and ensure our sales team has the highest quality leads to work with. Your research will directly fuel our growth in a huge, underserved market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and profile relevant companies within the logistics and supply chain space
  • Research company ownership structure, size, business model, and tech usage
  • Find and map key decision-makers including VPs, Directors, and Heads of Logistics/Operations
  • Build verified lead lists based on firmographic and role-based targeting criteria
  • Cross-check and verify all contact information including emails, phone numbers, and job titles
  • Enrich existing leads with missing information and ensure data consistency across tools
  • Document sources, track confidence levels, and annotate unusual cases
  • Maintain data integrity with zero bounces and no filler content

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data research, lead generation, or SaaS operations role
  • Strong experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesQL, ZoomInfo, ContactOut
  • Fluent in English, especially written communication
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Experience with data validation and enrichment processes
  • Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
  • Based in LATAM region (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • SQL or data analysis experience
  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR or RevOps teams
  • Familiarity with logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B tech industry
  • Experience with RocketReach and other lead generation tools
