Role Overview

Join Version 1 as an AI Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency through cutting-edge automation solutions. You'll be at the forefront of building and maintaining internal automation tools that deliver measurable time savings across the enterprise.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance our internal prompt library platform while creating seamless integrations across Microsoft 365, Jira, Azure DevOps, and other critical business systems. You'll be instrumental in supporting AI-driven workflow automation initiatives that transform how our organization operates.

As part of our CTO Digital Advisory team, you'll contribute to establishing automation patterns and frameworks that can be adopted across multiple teams, making a lasting impact on our technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain internal automation solutions that generate measurable time savings
  • Develop and enhance the internal prompt library platform
  • Create tool integrations across Microsoft 365, Jira, Azure DevOps, and other internal systems
  • Support AI-driven workflow automation initiatives across the organization
  • Document automation patterns, runbooks, and reusable frameworks for cross-team adoption
  • Work with API integrations and workflow automation frameworks
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
  • Apply prompt engineering principles and leverage large language model capabilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering or related field
  • Proven experience building automation solutions within an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and modern developer toolchains
  • Understanding of prompt engineering principles and large language model (LLM) capabilities
  • Strong documentation skills with a structured, methodical engineering approach
  • Experience working with API integrations and workflow automation frameworks
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects
