Join a growing short-term rental company as a Lead Generation & Corporate Outreach Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding corporate partnerships throughout the Kentucky area. This remote, part-time position focuses on connecting with businesses and positioning the company as their trusted housing solutions provider for corporate stays, relocations, and extended assignments.

You'll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with corporations and HR leaders while ensuring optimal presence across booking platforms to capture every housing opportunity. Responsibilities

Expand corporate partnerships throughout the Kentucky area
Connect with businesses to position company as trusted housing solutions provider
Build meaningful relationships with corporations and HR leaders
Conduct strategic outreach to potential corporate clients
Ensure optimal presence across booking platforms
Identify and capture housing opportunities for corporate stays, relocations, and extended assignments
Develop and maintain corporate client relationships
Generate leads for short-term rental business

Requirements

Experience in relationship-driven sales or business development
Strong communication and outreach skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with lead generation and corporate outreach
Knowledge of Kentucky business market preferred

Nice to Have

Experience in hospitality or short-term rental industry
