Role Overview
The Business Operations Intern – AI & Automation will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise and inter-departmental processes through the use of modern AI tools, intelligent agents, and automation technologies. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in how AI-driven solutions improve business efficiency and decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities – AI & Automation Initiatives
- Identify operational pain points and manual processes suitable for automation
- Support configuration, testing, and documentation of AI tools and workflows
- Evaluate automation effectiveness and recommend optimizations
Enterprise Process Improvement
- Map current and future-state processes across departments
- Recommend improvements to reduce inefficiency and errors
- Support process standardization and scalability
Documentation & Change Support
- Create documentation for AI tools and workflows
- Assist with training materials and adoption support
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, IT, CS, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in AI, automation, and enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to low-code, automation, or AI platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar tools
- Process improvement or data analytics experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
