This role sits at the center of sales pipeline growth, driving high-quality outbound prospecting efforts across mid-market and SMB segments. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through multi-channel outreach, helping convert early-stage interest into meaningful sales opportunities. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will ensure seamless lead handoff and strong alignment on target accounts and messaging. Accountabilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified leads and build pipeline.
Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to schedule introductory meetings and ensure smooth lead transitions.
Support marketing campaigns by executing timely follow-ups and structured outreach cadences.
Communicate value propositions clearly, handle objections, and identify high-potential sales opportunities.
Partner with sales stakeholders to prioritize accounts, refine targeting strategies, and optimize lead handoff processes.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage outreach activity using tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Leverage sales intelligence platforms and AI-enabled tools to personalize outreach and improve engagement rates.
Consistently meet and exceed defined KPIs while sharing best practices with the broader sales development team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation roles.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, incentives, or loyalty programs is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales or pipeline generation targets.
Strong resilience, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
Comfortable using AI tools and modern sales technologies to improve productivity and outreach effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
Up to 10% travel may be required.
