Role Overview
On behalf of the iPaaS & AI automation platform, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in the US B2B SaaS market to join our growing team.
In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers at target companies, and booking qualified meetings for our AI-driven no-code automation platform. You will research prospects, run multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn), tailor messaging to specific pain points, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
Research and identify target accounts within the defined ICP
Engage C-level executives and decision-makers with personalized messaging
Present and explain the value of our no-code automation platform
Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM
Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting
Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booking targets
Requirements:
1–2+ years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (must-have)
Proven experience prospecting and selling to US-based companies (must-have)
Strong track record of booking meetings and consistently building a pipeline
Confidence in communicating with C-level executives
Ability to quickly understand business processes and adapt messaging to different industries and use cases
Experience with multi-channel outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with lead generation tools — ZoomInfo, Apollo (strong plus)
CRM experience (Monday.com preferred)
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Structured, organized, and able to work independently
