Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative for a high-impact, revenue-focused role. This role goes beyond booking meetings and requires full ownership of the sales pipeline, contributing directly to closed deals.
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, conducting discovery calls, nurturing leads, and closing high-ticket deals within the AI and automation space. This is ideal for experienced sales professionals who excel in both hunting and closing.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing
Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage decision-makers across various industries
Conduct high-quality discovery calls to uncover client needs and position AI automation solutions
Manage and track pipeline using CRM tools and sales platforms
Consistently meet and exceed revenue and performance targets
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead generation
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a professional, consultative sales approach
Minimum 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue, not just setting appointments
Strong expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and discovery
Experience managing the full sales pipeline end-to-end
Background in selling services, preferably in tech, AI, or automation
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Experience with lead generation platforms and outbound prospecting tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing interactions
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
