Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Expert to help grow UnityBPO by generating new sales opportunities. You will work directly with our leadership team to hunt for and develop new prospects, building relationships that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. You should be comfortable networking and communicating with contacts at all levels, from receptionists to C-suite executives. This role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement into Account Executive and Sales Manager positions.

Responsibilities

Generate potential customers and build a robust pipeline of prospects
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and engage in qualifying conversations
Proactively generate new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, and social selling
Follow up on marketing campaigns to nurture leads
Qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team
Own KPIs and lead pipeline performance
Set introductory meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
Nurture relationships to drive conversions and sales

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or similar roles
Familiarity with lead generation techniques, tactics, and tools (Yesware, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
Self-starter with positive, 'hunter' mindset
Must be a US resident

Nice to Have

Prior experience in lead generation for professional services
Experience with IT managed services
Background in healthcare technology
