Role Overview

• Build a prospect list (bars, nightclubs, campus-area bars) with owner/manager contact info. • Do outreach daily (calls + emails + social DMs). • Qualify leads (interest level, decision-maker confirmed, best time to talk). • Book appointments on Conrad’s calendar (and confirm time/location). • Track everything in a simple CRM/spreadsheet (who contacted, when, result, next step). • Follow up with leads who didn’t respond (multi-touch follow-up plan). • Send daily end-of-day recap (calls made, conversations, appointments booked, next steps)

Responsibilities

  • The specialist will build prospect lists and conduct daily outreach via calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads.
  • They are also responsible for booking appointments on the calendar and maintaining accurate records in a CRM.

Requirements

  • The role requires the ability to manage a multi-touch follow-up plan and provide daily recaps of activities and results.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with proactive sales outreach and administrative tracking.
