Role Overview
Full-Time Performance Marketing Manager: Tardus Wealth Strategies
About Tardus
Tardus Wealth Strategies is a mission-driven wealth coaching firm focused on creating a Wealth Revolution through education, coaching, and innovative cash-flow strategies. We are headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi and scaling into a national franchise network. Although this is a remote role, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who is located in the United States.
We are hiring a Remote Marketing Manager to drive qualified lead growth and build scalable marketing systems that support both our current U.S. operations and our future franchise model.
This is not a narrow, single‑lane marketing role. We’re looking for someone who is responsible for campaign performance, works across digital marketing functions, supports events, and helps create repeatable marketing systems that scale beyond one person and one office.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership, operate with a high level of ownership, and be measured by outcomes.
Role Summary & Responsibilities
Paid Media and Digital growth
Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social and digital channels
Translate video and content assets into effective ads and funnels
Continuously test messaging, creative, and audiences to improve lead quality and cost efficiency
Marketing Platforms & Systems
Execute campaigns directly inside HubSpot (or comparable CRM/marketing platforms)
Build marketing automation and reporting that leadership can clearly understand
Collaborate with the Affiliate/Vendor Manager to produce affiliate campaign assets
Create, monitor and improve client referral campaigns and initiatives
Events, Webinars & Promotions
Support conferences, webinars, and events in partnership with leadership
Design and execute promotion strategies for events (before, during, and after)
Ensure event marketing feeds long‑term systems rather than one‑off efforts
Evergreen Growth & Content Enablement
Help develop evergreen marketing assets (webinars, content, campaigns)
Review and edit content for paid campaigns and marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, blog)
Improve website and funnel messaging to retain traffic and increase engagement
Focus on reusable systems that generate long‑term value
Templates, Enablement & Scale
Create templates for campaigns, webinars, emails, and promotions that others can execute
Reduce bottlenecks by enabling teams through systems
Ensure messaging consistency and compliance across campaigns and funnels
Help lay the groundwork for marketing systems that will support future franchise locations
How You'll Work
Collaborate directly with executive leadership on priorities and strategy
Fully execute once direction is set
Balance competing requests while protecting company‑level objectives
Improve or replace systems that “technically work” but don’t scale
What We're Looking For
Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns or working with paid media vendors
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
Ability to communicate clearly, challenge assumptions, and improve systems
Comfortable leveraging AI tools for design, scripts, and marketing campaigns
Highly organized, systems‑oriented thinker who cares about scalability and impact
Experience using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and similar technology tools is preferred
Critical Fit Requirements
This role is for someone who can do the work and be responsible for results — not just a person who oversees tasks.
You must:
Execute directly, and delegate where appropriate
Operate across multiple marketing functions
Be responsible for outcomes, not just activity
Growth Path & Strategic Importance
This is not a static role. The right hire will help shape how marketing operates today and how it scales into a national franchise model. As the company grows, this role has the opportunity to expand in scope and influence.
Work Setup
Remote (U.S.-based)
Full-time preferred (strong part-time considered if capacity supports ownership)
Requires overlap for team collaboration
Fit Disclaimer
We’re hiring someone who can build, execute, and scale marketing systems—not someone limited to a single lane.
Tardus operates at a high standard. Expectations are clear, performance is visible, and results matter.
