Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AR performance and effectiveness
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into collections, cash flow, and operational metrics
Analyze cash forecasts vs. actuals, identify variances, and recommend improvements
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear, data-driven insights
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to provide ad hoc reporting and analysis
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline data, and enhance forecasting accuracy
Translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for leadership
Ensure data integrity across systems, including D365 and Salesforce
Implement and support automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
2–3 years of experience in financial or operational data analysis (AR or accounting preferred)
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including data modeling and dashboard creation
Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred
Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven solutions is a plus

Hybrid role based in Midtown Atlanta (Colony Square)
In-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote Monday and Friday (Company-paid parking provided)
Regular in‑office presence is essential for effective team collaboration, engagement, and relationship‑building. Hybrid and remote work schedules typically consist of nine hours per day, five days per week, with a 60‑minute lunch break. Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on‑site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
