AI Automation Specialist / Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist / Engineer to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, streamlining repetitive processes, and leveraging AI tools to drive measurable impact.
You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using AI tools and platforms
Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies, then develop solutions to optimize them
Build and maintain integrations across tools (CRM, marketing platforms, databases, etc.)
Develop AI-powered systems (chatbots, data pipelines, internal tools, etc.)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations for performance and reliability
Document processes, workflows, and system architecture
Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices
3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow engineering, or similar roles
Strong understanding of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms)
Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Background in data analysis or data engineering
Experience building internal tools or dashboards
Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization
Exposure to RPA tools or advanced automation frameworks
