Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Workflow Automation Developer to join a growing U.S.-based organization. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automation workflows that connect multiple systems and streamline operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with APIs, solving integration challenges, and building efficient backend processes.
Duties / Task to perform
Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n
Integrate REST APIs across various IT and business systems
Transform and route JSON data between platforms
Develop and manage webhook and event-driven workflows
Utilize n8n nodes (HTTP Request, Code node, etc.) for custom logic
Document workflows clearly for scalability and maintainability
Execute tasks based on defined technical specifications
Troubleshoot and debug workflow issues efficiently
Experience with n8n workflow development
Strong knowledge of REST API integrations (OAuth2, API keys, Bearer tokens)
Proficiency in JSON transformation and parsing
Basic to intermediate JavaScript (especially for n8n Code node)
Experience with HTTP requests and webhook-based systems
Familiarity with Git version control
Strong attention to detail and debugging skills
Excellent written communication skills for async collaboration
Ability to work independently and ask clarifying questions when needed
Comfortable working with structured but flexible requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Graph API or HubSpot is a plus
Schedule & availability
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada, Bogota, Lima)
