You will create scalable integrations between business tools and develop intelligent systems that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom API integrations Developing AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for process automation and decision support Building integrations between CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), internal tools, and third-party applications Writing backend logic and scripts using Python and/or JavaScript to support advanced automation use cases Optimizing workflows for lead generation, customer engagement, and support operations using AI tools Monitoring, debugging, and improving automation reliability, scalability, and performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new automation opportunities Staying updated with emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and best practices Requirements You bring a strong technical foundation in software engineering and automation, combined with practical experience in building AI-powered systems. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
