You'll be responsible for building comprehensive lead databases spanning clinics, wellness centers, universities, and potential strategic partners while conducting targeted outreach campaigns. This role combines research expertise with relationship-building skills, utilizing both traditional methods and cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and results.

Responsibilities

  • Build, organize, and regularly update lead lists for clinics, doctors, therapists, wellness centers, retreats, universities, researchers, and potential partners
  • Research companies and individuals to identify high-fit leads, decision-makers, and partnership opportunities
  • Send professional outreach and follow-up emails using approved messaging and guidelines
  • Track outreach activity, responses, lead status, and next steps in spreadsheets or CRM systems
  • Conduct market research on health technology, mental health, wellness, psychedelics, and emerging treatments
  • Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn and Facebook, including connection requests and direct messages
  • Create written content such as outreach variations, short posts, and communication materials
  • Identify and flag high-value opportunities and qualified leads
  • Assist with appointment setting and meeting coordination
  • Provide regular updates on progress, lead quality, response rates, and key insights

Requirements

  • Experience with lead generation and research in healthcare or related industries
  • Strong written communication skills for professional outreach
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheet management
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Facebook for business outreach
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health technology, wellness, or mental health sectors
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for research and content creation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
  • Excellent judgment in identifying high-quality leads and opportunities
