Role Overview

Join nailmondo GmbH as an E-Commerce & AI Automation Manager and drive the digital transformation of our cosmetics and nail design business. You'll be responsible for making our company smarter, faster, and more efficient through automation, AI, and improved systems integration.

This role follows a core principle: before doing anything manually, you automate it. Before a problem occurs multiple times, you build a solution for it. You'll work with cutting-edge automation tools, AI workflows, and system integrations to eliminate manual processes and optimize our operations across all departments.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain company-wide automations using tools like Make, n8n, and APIs
Integrate and connect various systems (Shopify, JTL, Klaviyo, internal tools)
Analyze existing processes and optimize them for efficiency
Develop solutions that reduce or completely replace manual work
Create AI workflows for internal processes (content, support, data processing)
Test and implement new tools across the organization
Build small tools, dashboards, and scripts for daily operations
Perform error analysis and improve existing processes

Requirements

Interest in AI technologies (especially ChatGPT and Claude) and automation
Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, JTL, etc.)
Learning by doing mentality and self-directed learning approach
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Logical thinking and problem-solving competency
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and topics

Nice to Have

Experience with automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier
Basic coding skills (e.g., with Cursor or Claude Code)
Understanding of APIs and webhooks
Knowledge of Python or scripting languages
Experience with databases (e.g., Supabase) and SQL
PowerShell knowledge
