Role Overview

PLACE is revolutionizing the real estate industry with advanced technology and innovative strategies, providing clients with intuitive tools and insights to excel in their transactions. As part of this mission, Transactly (a PLACE-owned company) connects homebuyers and renters with essential services through their Connect Platform.

This Product Lead role offers direct access to leadership and real ownership in shaping how the company builds and grows. You'll spearhead AI adoption and innovation at a fast-moving company, serving as the internal authority on where and how agentic AI can replace, augment, or accelerate operational and sales processes.

This is a driver role reporting directly to the CEO, where you'll own the product roadmap end-to-end and be accountable for shipping efficient solutions. You'll bridge the gap between leadership's vision and technical execution while continuously evaluating workflows to identify high-leverage automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own the complete product roadmap including defining priorities, managing backlog, running sprints, and holding development teams accountable
Drive website rebuild from requirements through launch ensuring on-time delivery and proper product positioning
Own API integration projects by defining requirements, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring delivery
Manage HubSpot implementation and hold CRM/marketing automation teams accountable for measurable outcomes
Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and serve as bridge between leadership and development
Serve as internal AI strategist by evaluating operational and sales workflows for automation opportunities
Architect and deploy AI agent workflows that reduce manual effort and accelerate cycle times
Run AI pilots with clear success criteria, measure ROI, and scale successful implementations
Build internal AI capability and drive adoption across the organization beyond just technical teams
Keep leadership informed with actionable insights, surface risks early, and remove blockers

Requirements

5+ years in product management, product ownership, or cross-functional technology leadership role
Deep, hands-on understanding of AI and large language models with practical deployment experience
Proven ability to manage developers and hold technical teams accountable with engineering credibility
Experience managing website builds and API integrations from kickoff to delivery
Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and workflows
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable operating with high autonomy, limited supervision, and accountability for results
Track record of shipping real products and driving measurable outcomes

Nice to Have

Experience managing HubSpot resources or teams
Background in real estate, transaction management, or proptech
Experience with AI agent frameworks and integration platforms
Ability to quickly learn new domains and drive outcomes within them
