Role Overview

Join Transactly Connect as a Product Lead to drive AI and automation initiatives that are revolutionizing real estate services. In this high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the complete product roadmap and spearhead the adoption of agentic AI across operational and sales processes.

This is a driver role where you'll have real ownership over how the company builds and grows. You'll serve as the internal AI strategist, identifying high-leverage opportunities to replace, augment, or accelerate business processes through intelligent automation. If you thrive on owning outcomes, driving momentum, and translating vision into shipped products, this role offers the autonomy and accountability to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Own the complete product roadmap including priorities, backlog management, sprint execution, and team accountability
Drive website rebuild from requirements through launch ensuring on-time delivery and proper positioning
Manage API integration projects by defining requirements and coordinating internal/external teams
Oversee HubSpot implementation and hold CRM/marketing automation teams accountable for outcomes
Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements bridging leadership vision with development
Serve as internal AI strategist evaluating workflows for automation opportunities with agentic AI
Architect and deploy AI agent workflows to reduce manual effort and eliminate friction
Run AI pilots with clear success criteria, measure ROI, and scale successful implementations
Build internal AI capability and drive adoption across the organization
Keep leadership informed with actionable insights while surfacing risks and removing blockers

Requirements

5+ years in product management, product ownership, or cross-functional technology leadership
Deep hands-on understanding of AI and large language models with practical deployment experience
Proven ability to manage developers and hold technical teams accountable
Experience managing website builds and API integrations from kickoff to delivery
Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and workflows
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability for results
Track record of shipping real products beyond just managing backlogs

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, transaction management, or proptech
Experience managing HubSpot resources or teams
Background with AI agent frameworks and integration platforms
Experience evaluating build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling
