Role Overview

Join BearingPoint Austria as a Lead Generation Analyst and play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic lead pipeline management. Based in Graz with remote work options available, you'll contribute to both national and international projects while developing expertise in market research, customer qualification, and business development within the technology consulting space.

Responsibilities

Manage active lead pipeline for BearingPoint Products in Austria
Identify, research, and qualify potential customers and target companies
Conduct proactive outreach to potential leads through cold calling and digital channels
Prepare, follow up, and qualify leads until handover to Sales/Consulting teams
Perform structured company, market, and customer research including industries, contacts, and use cases
Maintain and continuously update leads and activities in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting teams to optimize lead pipeline

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with confident and persuasive conversation abilities
Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
Structured, independent working style with high results orientation and initiative
Proficient use of MS Office applications
Motivation to learn new topics, products, and markets
Strong research and analytical capabilities

Nice to Have

Several years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or research
IT or technology background
Experience with CRM systems
