Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes to identify high-potential use cases for AI-powered automation
Build and implement automation solutions using n8n, Google Apps Script, and low-code tools
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini or GPT into daily workflows
Document automation solutions clearly and concisely
Train team members on how to use new automation tools
Replace repetitive tasks with smart, efficient solutions
Work independently to deliver results-focused automation projects

Requirements

Currently enrolled student status
Proven experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar)
Understanding of LLMs and their practical applications and limitations
Fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level required)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Notion
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Process-oriented thinking and pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have

Basic scripting experience in Python or JavaScript
Previous automation projects (professional, academic, or personal)
Experience with AI integration in business workflows
