Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to spearhead the evolution from traditional RPA workflows to cutting-edge, intelligent agent-driven systems. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to architect and build next-generation automation solutions using modern agent frameworks and AWS-native services.

You'll be at the forefront of automation innovation, designing AI agents that can orchestrate complex multi-step workflows with memory, state management, and sophisticated tool usage. This position combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to transform how enterprises approach automation challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures
Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks
Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway)
Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, state, and tool usage
Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, databases)
Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines
Partner with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles
Strong background in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM)
Proven experience building or working with LLM-powered agents
Experience with LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript
Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow orchestration
US-based location (100% remote)
Green Card holder or US Citizen (no sponsorship available)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
AWS Certified Developer – Associate
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent
Experience transitioning from RPA to AI/agent-based automation
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)
Exposure to secure enterprise deployments (IAM policies, secrets management)
Background in building internal platforms or reusable automation frameworks
