Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-powered automations that improve efficiency and eliminate manual work
Translate business problems into practical, working AI-driven solutions
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI tools
Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions over time
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes through automation
Balance speed and quality—moving quickly while ensuring solutions are usable and effective
Take full ownership of work end-to-end and proactively drive initiatives forward
Break down loosely defined problems into clear, executable steps

Requirements

Experience using AI tools beyond basic prompting or consulting
Demonstrated ability to build scalable automations and workflows leveraging AI
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and incorporate them into work
Proven track record of taking ideas from concept to working output
Evidence of moving quickly and shipping work (projects, experiments, tools, etc.)
Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize progress over perfection
Growth mindset with ability to actively seek feedback and continuously improve
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and maintain focus on outcomes
