Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior HubSpot Consultant to lead client-facing consulting engagements focused on HubSpot CRM implementations, migrations, and revenue operations strategy. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with B2B clients to design, build, and optimize their revenue systems across the full customer lifecycle.

As a trusted advisor, you'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing multiple client projects simultaneously. You'll own both the strategy and implementation of marketing automation, sales operations, and CRM optimization initiatives that drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HubSpot implementations, onboarding, migrations, and optimization projects
  • Configure HubSpot CRM across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Build workflows, automation, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
  • Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, permissions, and CRM architecture
  • Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics
  • Act as trusted advisor on HubSpot, CRM strategy, and RevOps to client stakeholders
  • Deliver documentation, process mapping, and training materials
  • Support integrations with Salesforce, Zapier, APIs, and third-party tools
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and account growth

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Experience with CRM implementations or migrations
  • Strong background in data structure, data hygiene, and system design
  • Experience managing multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot Certified (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
  • HubSpot Solutions Partner or HubSpot Agency experience
  • Salesforce integration experience
  • Experience with Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and data sync tools
  • Background in process documentation, SOPs, and enablement
  • Experience with lead management, lifecycle stages, attribution, and reporting
