Role Overview

Meera.ai is seeking a Growth Automation & Paid Media Manager to own and execute our account-based lead generation engine. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, automation, and outbound sales support, focusing on building automated target account workflows, launching paid media campaigns, and synchronizing outbound sales activity with paid marketing efforts.

You'll be responsible for creating a fully automated ABM pipeline that eliminates manual workflows and ensures seamless coordination between sales and marketing activities. Success is measured by booked meetings, pipeline generated, and cost efficiency - this is a highly execution-focused role, not strategy development.

This position offers the opportunity to build next-generation growth automation systems while working directly with leadership at an early-stage AI startup that's transforming enterprise sales conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate target account workflows using Apollo and Clay for data enrichment and segmentation
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and display platforms
  • Write high-converting B2B ad copy aligned with company positioning and test messaging variations
  • Sync audiences automatically into ad platforms and eliminate manual CSV workflows
  • Design trigger-based workflows tied to CRM stages that activate paid 'air cover' campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing with sales activity to ensure targeted accounts receive synchronized exposure
  • Track and optimize cost per meeting, audience match rates, and account penetration
  • Run structured experimentation programs to improve conversion from ad to meeting
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and campaign performance monitoring across all platforms

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns for B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience syncing CRM audiences into ad platforms
  • Experience supporting outbound sales motions
  • Strong B2B paid media copywriting ability
  • Technical comfort with automation tools and CRM workflows
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on execution focus with ability to build workflows and launch campaigns independently

Nice to Have

  • ABM experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Clay automation experience
