The Marketing Automation & Messaging Operations Manager will join Disney's Product Marketing & Subscriber Strategy team, which builds DTC strategies and testing roadmaps that drive growth, engagement, and business results across subscription types. This team focuses on optimizing the fan experience across all touchpoints, from marketing landing pages through upselling and cancellation flows, building loyal fans who understand the value proposition and stay subscribers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for all Braze support related to journey building, focusing on email, in-app, and other messaging channels. You'll work at the intersection of CRM and product marketing, managing messaging operations that directly impact subscriber engagement and retention across Disney's direct-to-consumer platforms.
