Role Overview

The Marketing Automation & Messaging Operations Manager will join Disney's Product Marketing & Subscriber Strategy team, which builds DTC strategies and testing roadmaps that drive growth, engagement, and business results across subscription types. This team focuses on optimizing the fan experience across all touchpoints, from marketing landing pages through upselling and cancellation flows, building loyal fans who understand the value proposition and stay subscribers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for all Braze support related to journey building, focusing on email, in-app, and other messaging channels. You'll work at the intersection of CRM and product marketing, managing messaging operations that directly impact subscriber engagement and retention across Disney's direct-to-consumer platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage marketing automation technology to enhance the Disney fan experience while driving measurable business results through strategic messaging campaigns and optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process requests for Braze messaging from both CRM and Product Marketing teams
  • Partner across teams to launch, maintain and evaluate A/B tests
  • Assist in all reporting and analytics for messaging campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with Operations team to build out best practices for messaging operations
  • Build and maintain customer journeys in Braze platform
  • Execute messaging strategies across email, in-app, and other channels
  • Support testing roadmaps that drive growth and engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience working in CMS tools, specifically Braze
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other CRM platforms beyond Braze
  • Background in subscription-based business models
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing strategies
