Role Overview

Join a U.S.-based legal support services provider as an AI Automation Specialist/Engineer, where you'll design and build intelligent workflows that revolutionize lead generation and client acquisition processes. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies to create scalable systems that extract, process, and structure data from multiple sources, transforming it into actionable insights for business growth.

You'll be at the forefront of developing sophisticated automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with CRM platforms and enhance outreach processes. Working closely with leadership, you'll identify high-impact automation opportunities and build end-to-end systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and growth across the entire client acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI automation workflows to improve lead generation and client acquisition processes
Develop systems that extract, process, and structure data from multiple online sources
Build and optimize data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable, CRM-ready insights
Implement data deduplication, enrichment, and prioritization logic to improve lead quality
Integrate automation workflows with CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and pipeline visibility
Develop and maintain web scraping systems, including handling rate limiting, session management, and platform-specific logic
Implement document parsing solutions, including OCR for scanned files and direct extraction from digital documents
Support the automation of outreach and follow-up processes, including sequencing and lead engagement workflows
Collaborate closely with the founder to identify high-impact automation opportunities
Monitor and optimize systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability

Requirements

Proven experience building AI automation workflows end-to-end
Strong hands-on experience in web scraping with rate limiting, session handling, and portal logic
Experience with PDF parsing, including OCR for scanned documents and text extraction for digital files
Experience building or integrating with CRM systems
Ability to design and implement data deduplication and enrichment workflows
Proficiency with AI agent frameworks
Experience with web scraping tools and libraries
Knowledge of OCR tools and PDF parsing libraries
Experience with CRM integrations and outreach/sequencing tools

Nice to Have

Experience in legal tech, court systems, or similar regulated data environments
Experience with fuzzy matching, entity resolution, or alias mapping
Familiarity with outreach automation and sequencing tools
Understanding of cold outreach workflows and CRM pipelines
